Fantastic work! I had them install two custom wall mounted TV’s with sound systems. They completed both in a day. They went as far as painting some trim around the TV to blend the power cord into the background. Great customer service and knowledge. I highly recommend them!!

Leamon took an old system I purchased in a house and got it fully operational. Setting up multiple TVs and getting an old receiver to work properly buy reloading it’s software and creating a great surround sound experience for us. I had several issues with the TVs I was buying and he never gave up trying to get things fixed. He helped me select a great Sony TV and took his time to explain how my harmony remote worked even when I kept asking the same questions over and over to understand. Great team. Worth the price. Above and beyond the call of service. We had a ghost issue with our satellite receiver that gave the equipment Hi-Def installed problems. They did not stop researching and working on the problem until that had resolved it to our satisfaction. We even used them for a second system at another location. Will not hesitate to use them for more systems or upgrades.

Fast and efficient service. I called and they were able to come out the same day. They worked on my existing surround sound system. I was worried they would just try to sell me a whole new system since they didn’t put it in. They worked and fixed my problems within an hour!! Would definitely recommend Hi-Def Solutions to anyone looking to install or upgrade any A/V equipment in their home. I had a smaller project of mounting a TV and concealing wires, but I was treated like I was ordering a full media room setup. Polite and straight forward staff came out, looked at the situation and gave a quote the next day. On the day of the install they showed up on time, worked quickly/effectively, and when it came time to pay there was no extra “surprises” on the final bill. All and all great experience, and I look forward to using them on my next project.

After talking with several other companies, even the “nerd squad”…..LOL……I chose Hi Def Solutions……they came to my house and gave me a free estimate for what I wanted to have done……helped me understand what it was going to take, showed me several options that I could afford (LOL) and were getting started in just a few days!!!…..these guys were *super* nice and even played with my dogs!!!……now all my TVs are on the wall…all the fancy stuff is hidden away in an unused (previously) space in a closet and I don’t have to look at *ANY* wires!!!!…..I even have speakers on my patio for when I’m planting my flowers or having a cook-out!!!…..it’s like a brand new house again and all my friends love it too……I can’t say enough good things about these guys….so pleased and happy I made the right choice for once!….LOL

Hi Def Solutions connected my home theater equipment after I moved and installed inside and outside speakers. They also installed a flat screen tv and wireless receiver on the wall. I bought a universal remote control from them and they programmed it to work with all the AV devices. Lastly, they calibrated both my TVs to optimize performance. Very professional and knowledgeable. I’ve already recommended them to family members.
